BLACK PU-ERH

Pu Erh is a variety of post - fermented and aged dark tea produced in Yunnan province. Post - fermentation is a tea production style in which the tea leaves undergo a microbiological fermentation and oxidation after they are dried and rolled. This process is a Chinese specialty and produces tea known as Hei Cha, which means Dark Tea. It has a unique smooth mouth feeling with a slightly earthy tatste and a rich feedback. It is one of the treasures of the Traditional Chinese Medicine.
