Lemon is a perfect companion of green tea. We are using all different facettes of the lemon personality. The strength of the lemon peel, the lightness and sweetness of the lemonverbena and lemongrass, supported by some drops of lemon oil. The clou is the adding of Matcha that intensifies the green tea character without being dominant.
